The RTC's Summer Picnic is Almost Here!  7/25/2008
The RTC's summer picnic is coming - Saturday, August 23 at 4:00 p.m.  We'll gather at the TECA Riverfront (where we do our club open water swims) and enjoy food, drink, family and friends!

We'll plan to do an open water swim (for those that want to) and the first 100 club members to arrive at the picnic will get an RTC water bottle - hot off the presses, you can't get these anywhere else.  Check the TriNews for additional details and please RSVP to socials@richmondtriclub.com.

Register Here for the Race for the Cause  7/25/2008
The RTC is helping out our sister clubs (Tri-Cities Road Runners and Richmond Road Runners) by posting a link for registration for the race for the cause.  RTC member John Nelson is the race director for the Race for the Cause on August 16, and TCRR and RRRC are having website issues.  We're happy to help!

The Race for the Cause benefits the Massey Cancer Center and the Southside Regional Medical Center Clinic.  It's a flat and fast 5K that takes place in White Bank Park, Colonial Heights VA.  Registration opens at 6:45 a.m. and the race starts at 8:00.  Participants of all levels are encouraged to come out and enjoy the festivities.  ALL PROCEEDS go towards cancer education, detection and treatment.
